The Wheel of Time by Tehloch The Wheel of Time by Tehloch
All of my photography portfolio pieces were made to parallel each other. This photo was taken after Urban Decay as a contrast in a rural setting. I used selective focus on the rusted wheels of a piece of farm equipment and left the old plow, which takes up most of the image in the background, out of focus.

I think using selective focus is one of my favorite photography techniques. It allows the viewer to see clearly what is important in the image as well as give a wonderful sense of depth.

This was shot with a 35mm Canon on the road between Sulphur Springs and Winnsboro, Texas.

OOO I like the contrast between the foreground and background. The gears are very beautiful.

Probably gonna have to stay at home like last time. ^_^;; It's quite the drive, but $20 and free breakfast and dinner make up for the $$ on hotel room.

Yep, looks like it. Sharing a table and makes it worth it. So all is cool. Will you have a table this year?

I hope so. Starry signed up to be on the first list to get a table, so I guess I'm on the second list. I'll have to wait and see.
